Victoria Ferrari

'Hands on Designer With Crew' Is an accurate way some of Victoria's clients refer to her at this point.  Born in Russia and having bravely decided to move here by herself with no friends, family or connections. She won her Canadian citizenship in 2004. 

Somewhat amusingly; one of the reasons she chose Canada was because of our excellent recycling program compared to Russia's non existent one at that time

Yes, if it wasn't for recycling we would not have WestVanReno.com today. Nor would she have met and invested in every tool of every sub trade, work vehicles, office etc for her master installer and manager Mateus who forms the 'crew' portion of the tag line.

Victoria's  enthusiasm & entrepreneurial skills brings creative insights & unique ideas to her clients projects. Her hands on duties range from design, color consultation, sourcing, quoting, accounting, HR and customer service.

The owner's hands on skills include, kitchen remodeling painting & staining, drywall repair, tile setting, wood working & finishing & while her contractor manager Mateus takes the lead on all other sub trades. 

 (Affectionately referred to as Number 2 by Victoria, yet Mateus always insists his mother says he is number 1! )

Mateus Jaguar Is the 'crew' portion of the tag line mentioned above. 

Born in Vancouver. A proud fifth generation Canadian with Austrian decent.

Currently he saving up for laser eye surgery so he can to stop having to carry his glasses and laser level to every job.

Mateus brings that good ol' German efficiency & quality craftsmanship to VIP West Vancouver Renovation. Thusly, helping to deliver very precise and solid build quality to all of Victoria's projects.

He is our on site lead & working foreman. But he just likes to refer to himself as Master Installer.

Try calling him that sometime and watch the smile :)
